What you need

  • 2 medium bananas, sliced, frozen
  • 4 tbsp vanilla or natural yoghurt
  • 25 g vanilla whey or pea protein
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Berries, to serve


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 mins.   Divide between two bowls, top with berries and enjoy.
