Ingredients
  

Ingredients

  • 130 g pitted dates
  • 40 g ground almonds
  • 40 g desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor, and high-speed blender, and blitz into a paste.
  • Form walnut-sized balls by pressing the paste together with your hands.
  • Place in the fridge for a few hours so that they become more solid.
