Peanut butter coconut energy bites
Need a quick pick me up? These energy bites will do the trick.
- 130 g pitted dates
- 40 g ground almonds
- 40 g desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, and high-speed blender, and blitz into a paste.
- Form walnut-sized balls by pressing the paste together with your hands.
- Place in the fridge for a few hours so that they become more solid.
