Chicken Miso Meatballs
A delicious, quick and high protein meal made in under 15 minutes. Add your favourite salad, vegetables and steamed rice.

What you need
- 60 ml soy milk or other plant-based milk of choice
- 3 tbs White miso
- 1 tbs Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbs Root ginger grated
- 1-2 chilli pepper, sliced diced
- 2 spring onions, sliced sliced
- 1 tbs Salt
- 1 tbs Black Pepper
- 55 g Bread crumbs
- 450 g Minced Garlic
Instructions
What you need to do
- Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Lightly wet your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking.
- Now using your hands combine all the ingredients together, mixing well.
- Wet your hands again and shape the mixture into 12 meatballs, and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the oven for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through
- Serve warm.
