Ingredients
  

What you need

  • 60 ml soy milk or other plant-based milk of choice
  • 3 tbs White miso
  • 1 tbs Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbs Root ginger grated
  • 1-2 chilli pepper, sliced diced
  • 2 spring onions, sliced sliced
  • 1 tbs Salt
  • 1 tbs Black Pepper
  • 55 g Bread crumbs
  • 450 g Minced Garlic

Instructions
 

What you need to do

  • Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Lightly wet your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking.
  • Now using your hands combine all the ingredients together, mixing well.
  • Wet your hands again and shape the mixture into 12 meatballs, and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the meatballs in the oven for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through
  • Serve warm.
