Chicken Miso Meatballs
A delicious, quick and high protein meal made in under 15 minutes. Add your favourite salad, vegetables and steamed rice.

What you need
- 60 ml soy milk or other plant-based milk of choice
- 3 tbs White miso
- 1 tbs Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbs Root ginger grated
- 1-2 chilli pepper, sliced diced
- 2 spring onions, sliced sliced
- 1 tbs Salt
- 1 tbs Black Pepper
- 55 g Bread crumbs
- 450 g Minced Garlic
What you need to do
Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Lightly wet your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking.
Now using your hands combine all the ingredients together, mixing well.
Wet your hands again and shape the mixture into 12 meatballs, and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the meatballs in the oven for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through
Serve warm.
