Easy Cauliflower Rice

  • 1-1/2 Cauliflower Head
  • 1 tsp Fresh Garlic
  • 1 tsp Fresh or Dried Herbs
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil (for frying the rice)
  1. Method
    – Place your chopped head of cauliflower into a blender. Please ensure you have chopped the head of the cauliflower so you get an even ‘rice’ like consistency,
    and all the cauliflower is blended evenly.
    – Blend, making sure you scrape the sides of the blender to get as much of the cauliflower pulsed as possible.
  2. – I like the consistency of the rice as shown here. It resembles rice like flakes, and was very easy to fry, without resorting to it becoming soft.
    – Add do your weekly meals as you prefer. The raw cauliflower rice can be left in an airtight container, in the fridge for about 4 days.
    Check it out daily so you know when you need to make more.
