Chia protein pudding


  • 1 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Flaxseeds
  • 1.5 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Vegan vanilla protein powder (or your choice of protein)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon or your choice of spice


  • 4 Organic Strawberries
  • 2 tsp Shreaded activated nuts
  • 1 dash Cinnamon


  • 1. Mix the coconut milk and protein powder first, so there are no lumps in the mixture. 2. Add the chia seeds and flax-seeds to the coconut milk mixture. Whisk until combined and start to thicken. Add more chia or flax if you want it to be thicker in texture. 3. Add the cinnamon or your favourite spice mix. 4. Place into glass jars (as pictured), and place them in the fridge for at least 3 hours to set. 5. When set, garnish with shredded nuts, more cinnamon and beautiful strawberries (or berries) 6. Enjoy as a nice afternoon pick me up, or as a healthy dessert when the sweet cravings kick in. Hope you enjoy this simple treat.
