Almond Brownies
Delicious, high antioxidant rich brownies for any occasions - especially during daytime slumps.

What you need
- 110 g Coconut oil melted
- 200 g Coconut sugar
- 95 g almonds ground
- 50 g cocoa powder natural, unsweetened
- pinch of salt
- 50 g dark chocolate 72%
- 35 g walnuts Halved
Instructions
What you need to do
- Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) and line a 8×8 inch pan (20x20cm) with baking paper.
- Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan, mix in the sugar and then transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add in the eggs and whisk until well combined.
- Next add the ground almonds, cocoa powder, salt and mix well with a whisk.

- Transfer the brownie batter into the earlier prepared tray, top with the walnuts and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven, allow the brownies to cool in their tin for 30 minutes then cut into pieces.
- Once completely cool, store the brownies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
