What you need
- 110 g Coconut oil melted
- 200 g Coconut sugar
- 95 g almonds ground
- 50 g cocoa powder natural, unsweetened
- pinch of salt
- 50 g dark chocolate 72%
- 35 g walnuts Halved
What you need to do
Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) and line a 8×8 inch pan (20x20cm) with baking paper.
Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan, mix in the sugar and then transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add in the eggs and whisk until well combined.
Next add the ground almonds, cocoa powder, salt and mix well with a whisk.

Transfer the brownie batter into the earlier prepared tray, top with the walnuts and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven, allow the brownies to cool in their tin for 30 minutes then cut into pieces.
Once completely cool, store the brownies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
