Improve Your Fertility by Adopting Two Simple Lifestyle Changes

If Rebel Wilson can do it, so can you.

The other day, I wrote about Rebel’s journey to fat loss.

She wanted to freeze her eggs & end emotional eating.

These drastic changes were due to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

Rebel did two things — healthy eating & a simple exercise plan.

Here are a few things she did

  • Walk six days a week for 30 minutes.
  • Follow a caloric controlled nutritional program daily.
  • Step back from the plan once a week, and don’t obsess about it.
  • Make healthy eating & exercise a lifestyle habit.

Overall the goal is better health — followed by weight loss, increased fertility, & looking dam fine. 

So simple — just small steps every day that will get you there. 

Then the next step is to maintain those good habits forever.
