Nut bread

Nut bread

Nut bread, a hearty staple that combines the wholesome goodness of nuts with the nourishing properties of whole grains, is a notably healthier option compared to traditional white bread.
While white bread is often made from refined grains which have been stripped of most of their nutrients and fibre, nut bread typically contains a richer profile of vitamins, minerals, and fibre due to the inclusion of whole grains and a generous amount of nuts.
