Banana protein soft serve
When you need a creamy and delicious pick me up. Why not try this refreshing non-ice cream delight?
Ingredients
What you need
- 2 medium bananas, sliced, frozen
- 4 tbsp vanilla or natural yoghurt
- 25 g vanilla whey or pea protein
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Berries, to serve
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 mins. Divide between two bowls, top with berries and enjoy.
