Immune boosting smoothie
A strong immune system not only helps prevent illnesses like colds and the flu but also plays a crucial role in combating more serious diseases.
- 400 ml Carrot juice
- 1 Juice from a whole grapefruit
- 1 Inch ginger peeled and sliced
- 1/4 tbsp Tumeric
- Pinch Cayenne pepper
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve with ice cubes.
