Nut Bites
An easy and absolutely delicious snack you can create and consume any time of the day.
Ingredients
What you need
- 50 g roasted almonds
- 2 tbsp roasted cashews
- 150 g soft dates, pitted
- 50 g nut butter of choice
- 50 g dark chocolate
Instructions
What you need to do
- Place the almonds and cashew nuts in a food processor and blend them. Now add the dates and nut butter and blend to a dough-like consistency.
- Shape the mixture into small portions, leaving a cavity between each. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it into the cavities
- Place the bites into the refrigerator until set firm
