What you need

  • 50 g roasted almonds
  • 2 tbsp roasted cashews
  • 150 g soft dates, pitted
  • 50 g nut butter of choice
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions
 

What you need to do

  • Place the almonds and cashew nuts in a food processor and blend them. Now add the dates and nut butter and blend to a dough-like consistency.
  • Shape the mixture into small portions, leaving a cavity between each. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it into the cavities
  • Place the bites into the refrigerator until set firm
