Chocolate Mozaic Sausage
A beautiful array of crunchy biscuits with creamy chocolate.
Ingredients
What you need
- 250 g Plant butter Room temperature
- 3 tbsp Rice malt syrup
- 1 Vanilla stevia If required
- 1 Vanilla essence
- 6 unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
- 385 g Digestive biscuits (see recipe)
- dusking of cacao powder to serve
Instructions
What you need to do
- Mix the coconut condensed milk with the vanilla bean, rice malt and butter.
- Crush the digestive biscuits in another bowl, add the shifted cacao.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix until combined
- Feel free to taste test the ingredients should it need more sweetener
- Allow to set in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours
- Clearly I didn’t wait long enough lol!
- Dust with cacao, slice and serve! Stores well in the fridge.
- It will last for up to 10 days in the fridge.
