Ingredients
  

What you need

  • 250 g Plant butter Room temperature
  • 3 tbsp Rice malt syrup
  • 1 Vanilla stevia If required
  • 1 Vanilla essence
  • 6 unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
  • 385 g Digestive biscuits (see recipe)
  • dusking of cacao powder to serve

Instructions
 

What you need to do

  • Mix the coconut condensed milk with the vanilla bean, rice malt and butter.
  • Crush the digestive biscuits in another bowl, add the shifted cacao.
  • Add the wet ingredients and mix until combined
  • Feel free to taste test the ingredients should it need more sweetener
  • Allow to set in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours
  • Clearly I didn’t wait long enough lol!
  • Dust with cacao, slice and serve! Stores well in the fridge.
  • It will last for up to 10 days in the fridge.
