What you need
- 250 g Plant butter Room temperature
- 3 tbsp Rice malt syrup
- 1 Vanilla stevia If required
- 1 Vanilla essence
- 6 unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
- 385 g Digestive biscuits (see recipe)
- dusking of cacao powder to serve
What you need to do
Mix the coconut condensed milk with the vanilla bean, rice malt and butter.
Crush the digestive biscuits in another bowl, add the shifted cacao.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until combined
Feel free to taste test the ingredients should it need more sweetener
Allow to set in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours
Clearly I didn’t wait long enough lol!
Dust with cacao, slice and serve! Stores well in the fridge.
It will last for up to 10 days in the fridge.
