Mediterranean Chicken Yeros

What you need to prepare your chicken
- 4 Chicken thighs (more if you need to)
- 5 tbsp Mediterranean spices mix That includes oregano, pepper, garlic, thyme, paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 red onion
What to do
Add your herbs and spices to a baking tray, covered in baking paper.
Then add your olive oil
Take out all four chicken thighs and then begin to marinate the chicken, carefully massaging the flavours in
Cover and allow to rest for a couple of hours
Once that's done, cut your onion in half. Place on a souvlaki stick
Slowly start to add the chicken thigh, and onions when you want to (bacon is even more delicious fo
Drizzle some more olive oil and then allow to bake until cooked
When still al little hot, slice with a sharp knife and serve
