Mediterranean Chicken Yeros
A delicious mid-week friendly meal is made with your available herbs with plenty of leftovers for lunchtime
Ingredients
What you need to prepare your chicken
- 4 Chicken thighs (more if you need to)
- 5 tbsp Mediterranean spices mix That includes oregano, pepper, garlic, thyme, paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 red onion
Instructions
What to do
- Add your herbs and spices to a baking tray, covered in baking paper.
- Then add your olive oil
- Take out all four chicken thighs and then begin to marinate the chicken, carefully massaging the flavours in
- Cover and allow to rest for a couple of hours
- Once that's done, cut your onion in half. Place on a souvlaki stick
- Slowly start to add the chicken thigh, and onions when you want to (bacon is even more delicious fo
- Drizzle some more olive oil and then allow to bake until cooked
- When still al little hot, slice with a sharp knife and serve
