Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ¾ cup (100g) frozen raspberries
  • 7/8 cup (200ml) almond milk, unsweetened

What you need to do

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.

    Add a scoop of vanilla whey or plant-based protein
    Or add 2-4 tbsp. of Greek yogurt
