  • 20 asparagus spears
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to broil and place a rack about 5 to 6 inches below the heat. snack.
  • Rub the asparagus with olive oil, and then season it with salt and pepper. Next, wrap each spear with the prosciutto, starting from the bottom. 
  • Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking tray and under the heat.
  • Broil for about 3 mins, then turn the asparagus and broil for another three more minutes.
