A frozen berry treat snack with protein rich yogurt. Eat frozen or melt with antioxidant rich berries

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 2 glass jars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Vanilla soy yogurt or vanilla coconut yogurt 
  • 120g g Frozen pineapple 
  • 75 g Frozen mixed berries 
  • 200 g Fresh mixed berries

Instructions
 

What you need to do

  • Pour the soy or coconut yogurt into a blender with the frozen pineapple and frozen mixed berries.
  • Blend until smooth and pour into an ice cube tray, filling each ice cube mould to the top.
  • Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 6 hours. 
  • To serve, remove the yogurt ice cubes and place them into two large glasses or a bowl layered with ½ cup fresh berries per glass.
  • Allow to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to warm up yogurt bites before serving.

Notes

Tip: To increase protein add in 2 tablespoons of protein powder.
