- 300 g Pork loin
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp Ginger syrup
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 1/3 cup Sugar snaps
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 250 g Pineapple, canned or fresh
