Hummus
Hummus makes the perfect snack on it's own, or with some raw veggies.

- 400 g can chickpeas, drained
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor along with 1 tsp of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Blend until smooth, adding more olive oil to reach desired consistency. Taste and adjust the seasoning as preferred.
