Ingredients
  

What you need to prepare your chicken

  • 4 Chicken thighs (more if you need to)
  • 5 tbsp Mediterranean spices mix That includes oregano, pepper, garlic, thyme, paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 red onion

Instructions
 

What to do

  • Add your herbs and spices to a baking tray, covered in baking paper.
  • Then add your olive oil
  • Take out all four chicken thighs and then begin to marinate the chicken, carefully massaging the flavours in
  • Cover and allow to rest for a couple of hours
  • Once that's done, cut your onion in half. Place on a souvlaki stick
  • Slowly start to add the chicken thigh, and onions when you want to (bacon is even more delicious fo
  • Drizzle some more olive oil and then allow to bake until cooked
  • When still al little hot, slice with a sharp knife and serve
