Want to start making your own treats as a cheat meal? I find that this is one of the best ways to actually make something you LOVE. Let me share my favourite vegan recipe this week.
Mix the coconut oil with vanilla and maple syrup until blended. Transfer to the coconut and thoroughly well. You can place the mixture in the fridge to become more solid so you can form the mix into balls. Add more coconut oil if it's flakey
Roll the coconut into balls, place in the fridge for 2 hours or even overnight
Melt the chocolate in a glass or metal bowl, over a pot of boiling water. When it's melted, add a tsp vanilla, and a tablespoon of coconut cream.
Mix well until it thickens.
When the balls are solid, pour as much of the chocolate as possible on each, adding some more flakes of coconut on top. - eat :)
