Toss the sweet potatoes, onions, beans, rosemary and garlic with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper and lemon juice, add to the pan, and bake for a further 22-25 minutes. Serve warm.
