25ggVanilla protein powder (Whey or vegan variety)
1/4tspBaking soda
2Eggs
2tbspVanilla paste
1/2cupPlant based milk
1tbspCoconut oil
Instructions
In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
Heat a pan and grease with some coconut oil. Pour batter into skillet and move it around so it spreads out thin.
Once the batter starts slightly bubbling flip the crepe and cook on the other side for another minute.
Transfer on a plate and repeat the process until you use up all the batter.Stuff with your favorite toppings and serve.
