Coconut oil spray for wetting the cooked donut to mix the cinnamon sugar in
Instructions
What do to
1. Pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees
2. Add 140g Blanched almond flour in a bowl, then add the baking soda and bicarb. Mix
3. Add the spices of your choice. Put as much or as little as you prefer
4. Then in another bowl, crack two eggs, gently whisk
5. Then add the vanilla and milk to the mix. Stir well.
6. Heat the coconut oil in the microwave, making sure to mix it when it's done, and allow it to cool a little bit (don't add it to the egg mix when it's hot as you will get scrambled eggs). When it's cool, add it into the egg mix.
7. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and stir.
8. Spray your silicone muffin tray with coconut oil, add the mixture to each spot, being careful not to overfill, but to try and make each spot even.
9. Put in the oven to cook for about 15-20 minutes
When the donuts are cooked
1. Mix the stevia sugar with the cinnamon to combine
2. When the donuts have slightly cooled, spray with coconut oil, roll the donuts into your stevia sugar and cinnamon mix. Coat as you wish.
