Mean lean smoothie
I LOVE smoothies in the morning. There is nothing more healing than infusing your body with the anti-inflammatory properties of greens. Try this one out with some frozen berries for an extra kick. Great for a post-workout drink too!
Ingredients
Mean lean smoothie
- 2 kale leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- mint spring
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients and place in a high-speed blender. Blend everything until smooth and serve with ice cubes.
