Mean lean smoothie

I LOVE smoothies in the morning. There is nothing more healing than infusing your body with the anti-inflammatory properties of greens. Try this one out with some frozen berries for an extra kick. Great for a post-workout drink too!

Mean lean smoothie

  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • mint spring
  1. Wash all ingredients and place in a high-speed blender.

    Blend everything until smooth and serve with ice cubes.
