For the chicken
- 450 g chicken breast, cooked, shredded
- 100 celery, diced
- 75 g red grapes, halved
- 12 g parsley, chopped
- 65 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 40 g golden raisins, chopped
For the tahini dill sauce
- 60 g tahini
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp adobo sauce
Instructions
What you need to do
- Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl, and stir to combine. Add all the sauce ingredients in a jar, season with salt and 1 tsp. of black pepper, and mix well.
- Add the sauce to the salad ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated in the sauce. If required, adjust the seasoning, and serve.
