Tropical breakfast smoothie

Smoothies are my go-to breakfast alternatives in the morning.

I can’t seem to stomach anything too heavy, and smoothies hit the spot after an intense workout. They always contain berries with the pulp, frozen green bananas with the skin on (yes, I keep the skin on), some granola, coconut and some brown rice syrup.

Changing up your smoothies regularly is nice to beat boredom and ensure you’re getting more nutritional value. Try this alternative out next time you run out of smoothie recipe ideas.
