For the chicken

  • 450 g chicken breast, cooked, shredded
  • 100 celery, diced
  • 75 g red grapes, halved
  • 12 g parsley, chopped
  • 65 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 40 g golden raisins, chopped

For the tahini dill sauce

  • 60 g tahini
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp adobo sauce

Instructions
 

What you need to do

  • Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl, and stir to combine. Add all the sauce ingredients in a jar, season with salt and 1 tsp. of black pepper, and mix well.
  • Add the sauce to the salad ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated in the sauce. If required, adjust the seasoning, and serve.
