Banana protein oat bites

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Oat meal
  • 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Mixed spices
  • 2 Medium ripe bananas
  • 2 Large organic egg whites
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened coconut yoghurt

Steps

  1. 1. Turn the oven on to 100 degrees to warm up
    2. Mash banana, add spices and protein powder
    3. Whisk the egg whites
    4. Add the egg whites to the mashed banana, slowly adding in the oat meal. Mix until combined
    5. Place in muffin tray – making sure you add coconut oil spray if it’s non stick pan
    6. Place in oven for about 15 minutes. Take out when they start to brown slightly
    7. Add vegan butter, vegan Nutella or topping of your choice. Better still, they are yummy heated slightly or toasted.
    8. Enjoy as a snack
